Prep is the job

Products we use
Washable eggshell or matte on walls, satin or semi-gloss on trim and doors, and a bath/kitchen-rated product where moisture lives. In older Minneapolis and St. Paul houses, oil-based trim needs a bonding primer before latex or the new paint peels off in sheets.

Lead paint
